Bien Cappadocia Travel manages bookings; authorized local balloon operators conduct flights.

Your selected flight area remains selected. There is no automatic cross-area substitution.

Accurate passenger identity information is required for flight and passenger registration.

Flight operation depends on weather, safety and operational approval. Passengers must be at least 6 on the flight date; pregnant guests cannot fly.

Cancellation at least 48 hours before the flight qualifies for a full refund; less than 48 hours and no-show are non-refundable. Weather or operational cancellation gives a full refund or another available date in the same area. Refunds apply to payments actually recorded.

Online payment is currently unavailable. Checkout review or a seat hold does not create a confirmed booking. No card data is collected. Keep your Manage Booking access private; your exact pickup time is sent one day before by email and WhatsApp.
