Privacy notice

We use booking and contact data to provide customer support and manage reservations.

We collect the contact’s name, email, phone and hotel, and passengers’ names, dates of birth, gender, nationality, document types and Passport or National ID numbers for flight registration and booking operations.

Booking records support Manage Booking, cancellation, same-area date changes and pickup arrangements. Booking messages and the exact pickup time may be sent by email and WhatsApp.

Payment information will remain within an approved payment-provider boundary; this website currently collects no card data.

Records are retained only for operational, security and legal needs. Contact info@bientravel.com with privacy questions.
